No, only proton cannons. This one stays weapon wise just as the one in TS.
I like the basic shape, but overall it seems too streamlined for my liking. Perhaps you could cut some parts from the armor to reveal an energy grid underneath (just say it´s for cooling the engines :P )or add some flashy-alien-shiny-lights to the fuselage... dunno, perhaps you can come up with some more ideas. Especially the rear seems kinda dull to me, the original had its massive engines there while this one apparently has only the two rather small ones.

one thing i think is that proton cannons should atack air or ground
I think they were too slow for attacking air units. If you remember correctly, Proton Cannons from C&C moved rather slow. This was true both for the banshee's volley of 3 on a bombing run, and the Cyborg Commando's devastating attack.
