The Mobile EMP and the EMP Cannon will get individual effects.
so, the EMP cannon will get that EMP orb effect while the mobile EMP will get the ground-level EMP outburst effect?

I just said yes, and I also said earlier that it doesn't disable itself, but DOES disable other mobile EMPs in the area.
It looks very bright...my eyes are burning!
