The ball rises on that little tower it has, then sparks jump from the paddles around the tank onto said ball, and then the EMP fires off a blast that disables all units, and crashes all aircraft within a certain Area of Effect. The AOE is roughly that of the Nod vapor bomb.

I saw a similar update on Tiberian Sun Rising. In that one, the tank disables itself in a similar way to the Raider Buggy EMP Coils in vCNC3. Does this use an EMP tech structure style targeted ranged blast, or an EMP Coil type immediate radius blast? Just curious...
