This wall of pure energy kills everything which is made out of matter which passesabove it. So it can NOT stop lasers.

I am having problems with the implementation...currently it kills also own units...
thats the purpose man to keep enemy and allies away!
But I don't want it to pop own units, just disable them :/
why not kill them it does in TS
Balance. Drive a unit near by, the enemy units inside the field will follow and BOOM.
Or the use that wall to secure specific structer's from being taken from you. Like yourConYard or a Tib-Spike

The purpose of the firestorm defense was to be an impenetrable barrier, by both projectiles and all forces alike.
It was an instant stalemate. See if you can just set it up so that units won't walk through it, if they are allied.
