Syndic Destroyer image - Empire at War Expanded: Thrawn's Revenge mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
The new capital ship for the Empire of the Hand in 2.0 for the earlier eras. Designed by Syca Engineering systems upon first joining the Empire of the Hand after the battle of Endor. The Syndic was the first design made to specifically address the needs of the Empire of the Hand, as opposed to the Ascendancy and Imperial star destroyers donated by their namesakes. While slightly shorter and less powerful than the Empire's Star Destroyers, at 1500 meters, its stronger hull gives it greater sustainability in a battle. The most famous of these ships is the Frontier, the flagship of Admiral Ar'alani.

i watched the star wars cartoon show yesterday Anakin was piloting this thus i believe it should have stealth if this is the same ship
As it says in the description, this is an original design by me for the Empire of the Hand, Anakin never piloted this and it was never in the Clone Wars cartoon.
The only cloaking ship in that show that I know of is this:

So which is more powerful? Phalanx or Syndic?
Phalanx is 2000 meters, much more powerful.
Syndic is 1500 meters, slightly less powerful than an ISD but has a relatively stronger hull.
I reminds me a little bit of the Hammerhead-class cruiser from KotOR.
