Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
The EotH Phalanx under attack from an Executor-class
Nice model. Just wondering, did you guys fix the problem where EotH units were(sometimes)nearly invincible? For example there was a few times where I attacked EotH fleets with my Imperial fleets consisting of--like in this picture-- Executor class ships supported by Imperial class destroyers, and yet despite heavy barrages by my WHOLE fleet on ONE EotH ship...their shields never even fell. I had to order a retreat as 2/3 of my fleet was destroyed with only light losses on the enemies side....
Sorry for the wall of text, I'm just trying to help make this great mod even better.
dude your wall of text is like a battle report anx that makes it all right in my book.
Haha thanks ;)
wait... so you mean to tell me that this poor dude getting pounded in this pic is most likely gonna win, lol?
Depends...I have faith that the Thrawn's Revenge modding team will fix/have fixed the problem I've mentioned anyway. I just felt the need to mention it ;)
It might have something to do with hero bonuses as well, though. A lot of the time the EotH AI groups every hero together, and it gives a huge bonus to everything. They've been dropped a bit, it shouldn't be quite as big. If you still see an issue without heroes there, say so and we'll look into it a bit more.
Yes, I think you're right! There was a large group of EotH heroes in their fleet, actually I think most of the ships in their fleet were hero ships... I can see how there could be a bug regarding hero bonuses stacking. Thank you for responding Corey, and keep up the good work :)
