Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
This skirmish map had been planned before the base release but I never got around to doing it. Seeing Cheezecake (check out the Legacy Mod)make an ash particle (and other props) finally reminded me to make this map. Fiery demise features three (two in pictures) brand new high resolution planet textures, a new nebula background, two new ash particles for space and four new asteroid prop textures. Enjoy!
this is without a doubt my most favorite screenshot out of everything so far. all of these pictures are beautiful, the scenery of this planet is the most awe inspiring out of everything so far. the best part though is the silouette of the X-Wings against the background, particular the one with the engine glow. i think this image really evokes some of that classic Star Wars feel that so many have come to take for granted. this pic is truly outstanding

so to those who are making the patch for the mod, do you know roughly when we can expect the patch to be done, or that still just too far out to call?
