This is a mod based on "The Zone" from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game series. Really this is just based off the Pripyat part of it, and there is a small little camp in the woods a short ways away from it. All this is for is exploring and scavenging, really this was just a test. Warning, you're computer may not be able to handle the mod on the Highest Quality, due to there being a LOT of grass and other objects, so i suggest you switch this to a lower quality.
