First of all dont judge, this is my first companion mod for Fallout New Vegas that I have created.
It is created in a close image of me. It is equipped with a 2 brand-name weapons (no custom models) Ismet Magnum that uses 10mm ammo and Ismet Pesnica that is modified Power Fist and he comes with Mayor MacCready's Outfit from Fallout 3. Hi dont have any voice acting but have fully working companion wheel and some options. You can find him in the bar in Prospector Saloon in Goodsprings and after a short dialogue you can hire him.
Installation
============
Just extract the archive contents to your New Vegas\Data folder, or use FOMM to make things easier :)

Just delete Ismet.esp from your data folder in Fallout New Vegas directory

This is not my first try to create working companion mod but it is first that works, and there should be some bugs but I did not find any so if you find some pls PM here and ty for download.
