I've recently started to work on the third chapter of The Shift! My early beginning can be previewed on a video I've recently uploaded to the mod's page. The level in the video is still a work in progress and is still being worked on. I haven't quite started on the security sector part. The bit where you get your pistol and get in the elevator with the two scientists. I wanted to jump ahead a little to where some of the action starts! I'll probably get back to the security sector once chapter three is finished.
Another thing, giving you guys quick updates isn't all that practical with Moddb. However Moddb is perfect for news such as this post here. But sometimes I just want give a short, quick update like, "Working on chapter three!" or maybe "We're in the top 100 mods list! Woohoo!" So I went ahead and created a Facebook fangpage for any of you Facebook users out there. On the fanpage I will post silly development pictures, quick updates and things along those lines. To me that sounds like a mod that is going nowhere as you aren't serious with the commitment you are making with the mod.
One day you will come across some task that is hard and unpleasant, like looking into some bug or trying to recruit people. That will be the day you'll find something else to pass the time and forget about the mod. No?
