If possible, why don't you open up the texture file for the hand and colour them to look like the one in Blue Shift?

here is a thought for the armor system, take the suit battery and replace its model with the guard helmet, for the vest take the vest and modify a battery.... both would need models though... also sorry if this was just a waist of post.

That wouldn't work well. The armor system in Blue shift isn't a simple number-based one, but vest/helmet protection are treated separately. It *might* be a system they'll either have to go without, come up with some hackish way that works terribly, or get a hold of Black Mesa's source code.

Looks nice although so identical to the original come up with own nice ideas to give the rooms a new look.

Idea: The 2 elevator doors make em damaged or perhaps even tie em lose of the holding place. After a crash like that it's likely that there will be some sort of shock wave.

Finally got around to the tedious task of creating the blue hud! Boy it sure does look good though!
