Greetings all, this is Solar from The Myriad mod with our first sneak peek with a few in-game screenshots. Our reason to release this sneak peek came from a multitude of people asking to see something and after a long deliberation we've decided to release this small sneak peek. Not just to show that we ARE working, but to also wet anyone's pallet who have interest in this mod.
Below are four work in progress shots of the very first playable level, this is part of our prologue story which will give the players a cliffhanger opening to the game. The Level is in its mid-infancy stages. still needing to be populated with more detail meshes,texture blending, and some tweaks to the cave mesh itself, so it's defiantly not final.
We are in need of another concept artist and a 3D Modeler, so if you have the skills and would like to join up visit our forums (http://myriadgame.com/) and get into contact with either Marty (Reaper) or Stephen (Solar).
Feel Free to critique them, leave comments or questions if you'd like, we welcome any opinions to the project and expect both positive and negative comments as the project runs it's course.

One Question does this have to do with grayshot? One minute it's a cover field fan game, then a HL2 mod and now when I go to the website it takes me to Myriadgame.com I’m confused
I know it's a bit to early, but if you guys need a tester I'll be there, I got UT3. I just don't play UT3 on-line cuz my gfx card would make the game look to ugly (speed versus effects) during on-line gaming I need the full speed the game can offer, but in singleplayer I go for effects :)
We had to change from Source to UT3 for technical reasons. The mod would have played entirely different if we decided to go ahead with implementation on Source. It would have changed many parts in the story because Source cannot handle the type of environments we have in development.
As for the Grayshot confusion, this story, mod and its contents have nothing to do with Grayshot. Most of the members of this mod were the original team behind the Grayshot mod before the unfortunate fallout with the teams leader.
We know not everyone has UT3, however not every mod is made for Source, and not every mod should be made for source. This decision had much time put behind it as we weighted between three engines, Source, Unreal and Sandbox2.
We thank everyone who supports the mod and continue to support its development and always welcome opinions and comments. This mod isn't for everyone but no mod out there is.

Hm ok, but i hoped for some kind of cloverfield in first person. Hm but maybe it will be good, cause we have nothing to rate yet. XD
