Spooky Scary Skeletons Imgur.com
The quality is really good like always!
They all look so happy for a dead guy.
They probably died by snu snu
xD
XDDD
maybe they heard a joke before they died...a killer joke! (ba-dum-tss)
*clap clap clap*
One of them is holding his swords with his left hand. Fake news!
He was a genious left handed in life! Pitty he was risen from the dead to do malicious things. Stupid Sauron at least rise him to built a beautiful evil fortress with artistic elements!
WOW! They are AWESOME! :D what a great idea! Love it!
Guys, THIS IS AMAZING ! Please make them a wild faction in some maps.
I hope that with Angmar, we can recruit some skeleton warriors like these ones^^.
Angmar is not in this mod.
One would think that after such a long time following he would at least get that.
what I mean that ,in the future, at angmar faction, we might recruit such skeleton units too...
Right, but Angmar is not planned to be in this mod.
maybe in the future who knows right ?^^, I believe in you guys that you will make a nice kick *** angmar faction in the far future too^^.
No, that's not what this mod is about. There really will not be an Angmar faction. Sorry!
I didn't know that there will be not an angmar faction in this mod :( Anyway, thank you for your reply.
It is the 3rd point of the FAQ
Hmm. Their armour looks fairly modern for Gondorian armour, compared to the chain mail armour of the vanilla. Additionally, literally nobody in Middle Earth in the books wore plate armour. Everyone, even men of Gondor and Dol Amroth wore "shining white mail". I don't mean to complain a ton, but i am just kinda wondering why you gents would make this decision.
If you mean it looks modern compared to the armor we see in the Last Alliance prologue (like the helmets and shields these guys have) - that design had a Gondor breastplate beneath the tabard: Wetaworkshop.com so the tabard just rotted away.
And we're aware that Tolkien never described plate armor, but we like Weta's designs for Gondorians regardless and have been using them this whole time... :P
O.O High Quality A.A. but where are the trousers?
Ask an archeologist, he'll tell you.
Nah, You can´t trust in an archeologist,
They take the trousers and run ¬¬

Are These some new creep enemies? Even if its not too lore friendly I kinda wanted to kill some skelebones in game
They may be wights inhabiting old bones, or simply appearing as spooky apparitions.
I wouldn't say it's not lore friendly. Might not be lore-accurate, but with all of the undead running around Middle-earth (Wraiths, wights, Dead Men of Dunharrow), this isn't much of a stretch.
A fair point Im not complaining really, tolkeins work was rather fantastical anyway Cant wait to fight skeletons
No I know, just wanted to elaborate on why we made them.
Necromancer in Arnor? Why?
It's not for Arnor, as our Arnor faction does not exist. Read the description.
Firstly, I was talking not about the Arnor faction.
Secondly, I thought that the Necromancer was in Arnor and rose those people up from the dead.

It would be interesting if you add those skeletons to Barrow Downs map as the goblins` lair (the arnor lair). I know this wasn`t in the book.
Are there Risen Archers aswell?
We better get to save Boromir in that campaign too like we could in the base game
