Here I come for some suggestion from you.
Do you like the tech system like now. Every system to have a very different units or you would like all systems to have few basic units available for all systems plus few unique for each.
So here is the sample:
T90, tunguska, GazVodnik, S-300, Smerch, MTP-A4, 30n6e to be basic for all system.
What would you like most and why. Explain your opinion

I kind of like they way it was before, if you changed your mind you could go back and to that, instead of restarting the match, so basicly I like the tech system, but you should be able to change in game. And maybe if you med the su 35 basic, but the upgrade isnt avalible if arent the balastic one.

Hm, I'd prefer idea to make them more different. For example one general will have GAZ Tiger instead of Vodnik, other will get mortar Tulip instead of Msta, one more will get 2T Stalker instead of Hrisantema, another will get T-80U instead of T-90A; one general will have MI-24 main copter, another - MI-28N, etc...
Thus each general will get units which more or less fit his specialization...

You suggest too much units. For now it is impossible to be done such thing because I'm alone. I'm asking with this units we have what you like different starting units, or equal for each system but different advanced units?

Well that was one of "for example" versions. Of course I do not expect that it will be done tomorrow....
If from existing units - I'd prefer different starting units. It will give more different tactics for games which don't last too much.

Вообщем, для каждой специализации надо несколько стандартных юнитов - но у каждой специализации будут свои уникальные апгрейды для них.

well i actually like the idea behind the tech system, but i would like to see more special units. there are loads of interesting units in the russian arsenal:
T72BM "Rogatka", MiG29SMT, 2S7 "Pion", the above mentioned Mil Mi28N, Pantsir S1, 9K330 Tor,...
I guess it would be quite a lot of work, but eventually there are really special units not other mods implements.

I really like your mod. Best mod for ZH I ever played. (and I played a lot, so I know it ;) )
Here are my suggestions (sry for my bad english):
I'd like to see the BTR-90 available for every Russian subfactions, or you can add BTR-80/BTR-70 instead for other russians. BTRs are common units in russian/soviet arsenal.
And also I'd like to see some older soviet stuff for Russia, like BM-27, Ural and Kraz trucks, UAZ jeeps, etc. Maybe they can be the standard units for Russia, and very modern things, like Iskander, Smerch, etc, can be unique for subfactions.

This looks good. And i have suggestion about Specific to Weapon System general powers - let`s it will unlock global upgrade, that will grant access to corresponding power. For example - for Russians it will be special Artillery attack, with Smerch - Smerch Storm, with MSTA - Krasnopol or Precision Artillery shot(with whole map range, good damage, but almost singletarget attack and mediocre cooldown), with Iskander - Tactical Nuclear Strike barrage(Launch for whole map range two Iskander Missiles with about Smerch Storm AoE and a bit lower Damage and 5 minute cooldown).

The problem with that kind of powers is AI. It can not chose the right powers for the system it plays. Human can but AI not :), but your idea is good and I'll thin something.

this is only a suggestion but could u add a large airfield 4 the russians. in the large airfield u can buy an-124's and other heavy aircraft.But the an-124's u buy from the airfield they can carry tanks and troops and paradrop them on a specific area of the battle field that would be awesome. of course this is only a suggestion thnx
