The End Of Days is a freeware modification for Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour. Our mod adds a new playable faction - Russia, and greatly improves the original three with new units, structures and special powers!
I'm releasing small patch to fix the several problems we found in last V4 patch: Change log: 1. Tunguskka, ZSU and Gattling tank are now fixed and can attack air units without any trouble. 2. Troop crawler price increased. Starting with all 6 slots full with Red guards. 3. Troop crawler machinegun no longer gives 75 extra HP 4. Infantries inside troop crawler can't attack from inside 5. Flamethrower attack is fixed and now works properly. 6. Chem Lab doesn't provide Radar for GLA, SURN radar does it. 7. Building demolition ability now kills and the GLA hole. 8. Added Building demolition ability to Scud Storm 9. New voices for Mi-24/35 10. Aircraft machine-guns are changed. Now the player has to manually select the target using special power button. This will prevent the plane from circling like crazy also brings more balance. 11. Hacker post now holds 8 hackers. Cost of the unit increased. 12.Saboteur and Hijacker - added missing camouflage upgrade icon 13. US airfield size fixed
Please re-download the file. I found small but critical bug and had to fix it. So if you already took this patch, re-download it. Sorry for the inconvenience...
Installation:
You need Zero Hour 1.04 + TEOD-0.94 full version then extract this patch inside the zero hour folder replacing old files.
If you have previous patch V4 the installation is the same, just extract and replace the old files with the new patch.

What's going on Alexei .. question. Why I play against an army at a difficult level is not so difficult .. Say small attacks and the US Air Force is not valid at all and the Chinese only if helicopter as if on a difficult but very weak level

Please when you report problem describe it in details...
As I know the heavy SAM systems works fine. You need radar to be deployed nearby and also to deploy Thaad and other heavy SAM manually. That's it. If there is other problem please make screenshots and explain it detailed. Thank you :)

Hey Alexei, I have been playing your mod for awhile now. After installing V5 the THAAD does not work anymore. I have the mobile radar deployed, and the THAAD deployed in the mobile radar's circle, but they never fire at enemy aircraft. I played V4 and V5 in the same day, worked fine before installing V5 patch. I hope it's just something I'm doing wrong.
Edit: Just saw a comment below where you mentioned an issue with the GameData.INI file. I am using a GameData INI file to adjust my camera height, so that must be it. I'll try using yours and see if it fixes it.

Tunguska, when selected, sees an enemy helicopter and changes its aim to the attacking cross when pressing Ctrl can attack its own helicopter or plane. S-300, S-500, when deploying next to it, the radar does not see the helicopter, and when you hover it does not change to attacking the cross, when you press Ctrl it cannot attack your helicopter or plane.

The only reason the heavy sam to not fire is that maybe you are using some other INI files in your Data>INI folder.
The last time someone complained about same problem, he was using Gamedata.ini to change his camera height, but it was old gamedata.ini, not my latest one. So make sure you are not having anything in your Zero Hour>Data>INI folder or extract my gamedata.ini file and place it there, and then change the camera height, but this will increase the chance of game crashes since it will force the engine to load more objects in your screen in same time...

the best mod ever, i hope you'll find a solution for AI in the near future. please can you remove the non real units especially for china fraction ... it will be really nice if all units exists in real life. just for information, the nuclear missile of china doesn't work. keep good working you're the best.
Nuke missile should work, also AI in hard mode is very good, please read the readme how to install the AI and make sure you are not using other small mods for enhancing AI or any other mod and ini files different than my latest one and everything should be just fine, believe me

You just need download the full version (0.94) and the latest patch. Install the full version first and then extract all files from .7z patch to your ZH root folder (Replace if necessary). And you're done :)
And rename Scripts folder to 1Scripts, located in Data folder ;)
Yeah, that's too. By the way, did you create a custom made AI for the mod? That's cool but need to buff some factions except GLA. Also, i found a bug where saved game's game speed will reset to default if we put slower or faster game speed previously.
It is not a bug it is how the Game works. It is core engine, not the mod who controls the saved games.

Alexei_Stukov were right, replaced GameData.ini with your file and it worked. This is when the S-300 did not fire.
Yes you can use Finalbig program to open my big files and extract gamedata.ini and change manually the camera height

hi alexei! why is that the THAAD's deploy button is disabled? and also the radar truck for heavy anti-air

hi alexei. whenever i selec my thaads and radar vehicle, their deploy button is disabled. i can only make the guard an area then they will become look like they are deployed but if an aircraft approaches my base it doesn't fire its missiles
Wrong mod installation, or presence of other mod files or old TEOD files, please follow the instruction on the top here...
I personally think that JH-7A are too strong. Four of fully upgrade JH-7A can demolish Command Center and Superweapon.
By the way, great mod.

I have testing the three rank 1 GP airplane against some defense. From there, i found that:
1. F112 cannot destroy bunker easily. I want to ask you why it is like that?
2. Four pre-black napalm upgrade JH-7A brought down command center HP roughly to 35%. When they get black napalm upgrade, their damage increase drastically that even GLA command center with Fortified Structure upgrade and their hole get destroyed.
3. SU34 have high explosive warhead upgrade cameo on it.
What is the purpose of B2 with tactical nuclear?

Some bugs in this patch:
1. Chinese Troop Crawler do not have passenger fireport attack despite the description.
2. After entering the Russian Tank Bunker, Armata MBT will lost its 152mm gun upgrade.
First is a small issue we will fix the description
Second - we know about it and we can't make it work. Engine limitations... So somehow we need to manage living with it...
