Hmm, i really like the lightning in this, but it's too simple (Like TheCoolGman said), try putting some tool boxes, wrenches props, or an opened vent, but you can not crawl into it. (One flashlight near the opened vent would be good)
That would just totally mistake the player into thinking that's the way to go, and they would spend hours trying to get into this goddamned broken vent!!
I like the toolbox idea, but I agree with TheSkunk in terms of the torch at the vent. The broadlight stand is supposed to immediately draw the player's attention to the set of double doors it's illuminating to make the way to go clear after a disorientating elevator shaft section. An illuminated vent would definitely distract from this.
