This mod will start were the original Half Life2 episode 2 ended, with the death of Alyx her father. She became sick by the loss and layes in bed. Magnusson needs Gordon to look for Kleiner, because he has disapeared. The last time he did see Kleiner was when he spoke about going to the Borealis to blow the ship and everything inside up. Gordon needs to travel by airplane to the North pole and find Kleiner, and save the ship. Will you be on time? And will you find out what the secret cargo is that is inside the ship?

thanks xXMaNiAcXx, i also thought about adding some broken wooden things in the walls, but the maps are so large that i can't make each detail as i would like to. most maps have already a end data of around 100%, and adding more detail brushes would make that it gets above the 100%, what can cause big problems. Still, i always do try to work as detailed as possible.

Its indeed that Aliens rifle, like JustBarney says. i didn't make it, i took it from But, i can't use it in this mod, although i wished i could!!! problem is that there is no worldmodel from this rifle, meaning that when you see it laying on the ground, or held in the hands of combines, then it is all purple, (as can be seen in the leveldesign movie). I wrote the maker of this weapon, to ask if i could use it, and if he was thinking about making the world model to, but he never answered even ones. SO, i have to look for another great one. it was a great replacement for the SMG1 weapon though, and for now i use it while the mod is developed.

Please make the View Model smaller. In real-life, we don't hold weapons that close to our face, or we wouldn't have faces.

Agreed; this does feel too big. Also there seems to be something up with your UI icons for this one; they're huge (compare with the icons for the pistol, which are properly sized)

you are right AmaroqDricaldari, although i do like the sound and new animations of this weapon. But, don't worry, the weapons now used are not the final mod versions. I only use them for now while i am testing all kind of custom made weapons (with new animations and sounds!)from the site And i still have not found those versions that i think are the best, and will therefore be used, with ofcourse the approval of the maker of the weapon.
can't use this green Alien weapon that is shown on the screen above because it has no world model (what can be seen when this weapon is held by the combines, or when it lays down on the ground). it has no skin and is therefore shown in purple black blocks, what can be seen in the last movie, or on some screens.)
