Today we are pleased to officially unveil our brand-new mod page for Stargate Space Conflict, dedicated to the Remastered version of our total-conversion. First of all we have various announcements to make about the later, about our new pages and the way Homeworld: Remastered supports mods in the short and long term.
New pages for our respective mods
If you're wondering why we decided to create new mod pages on ModDB, it is because we wanted to avoid any confusion between the Classic versions and the Remastered ones. Therefore we decided to publish new pages in which the content will be related exclusively to the Remastered versions. Please consider visiting our other new mod pages to make sure you subscribed if you are interested.

We changed the URL of our classic mod pages so that the original addresses we used thus far will be dedicated to the Remastered versions. It is a way for us to make sure our mods stay at the same position in web search engines. Older versions now have a "-classic" at the end of their URL. Of course, you need to track our new pages to receive updates from them. On the other hand older ones are not going to be updated, so that you won't receive any updates from them anymore.
You will notice that some of our members at Phoenix Interactive spent some time on our new mod profiles. We have a customized design, which is more elegant, more productive and less-space consuming. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Homeworld: Remastered & Stargate Space Conflict
The latest release for Homeworld2 (Classic) of Stargate Space Conflict was in December. We believe, regarding to your feedback, that this was a really appreciated release and promising for the future of Stargate Space Conflict. We have serious stuff in the making, in High Definition (up to 8K) and we are working hard each day to port all of our content on the Remastered version. We already managed to do it but we still have visual issues that should be solved really soon. We will publish a news about it next week probably.
For now we don't have yet Gearbox's Modding tools, but we are working on an overall High Definition improvement for our respective mods. By the way some screenshots from the Remastered version are available in our page by clicking-here.

Im trying to play on the HW2 version of the game but me and my friend cannot find each other on the mulitplayer? Can anyone help?
I need help with getting this mod to run on the homeworld remastered version....I already installed the game and got it to run.
but the mod won't work,i think i may be missing something,someone help me make a 2nd shortcut to work for the mod in my game.
i also copied the data folder over to.

I used the beta release version for the homeworld remastered.
finally managed to open the game but there is no picture in main menu just option and when i start the game it loads and then i am on dextop
ive downloaded the mod and am playing it everything works perfect except for one thing, everytime i choose the goa'uld it gives a race from the original homeworld game. Is this a known bug and is there a fix for it?

Do you have a legal version of the game? 'Cause this issue is known for people who haven't legally bought the game ;)
how do you mine resource as goauld ? can;t see any kind of mining ships ?

Weird o_O It's a bug from the workshop, try to re-doawnload it again. Or verify the integrity of the game cache (Homeworld Remastred => Right Click => Properties => Local Files)

It's not Steam version. I've downloaded it from here.
If you have a legal version of Homeworld: Remastered you should download it directly from the Steam Workshop...
If you have an illegal copy of the game.... Buy it, because our mods will not work on illegal copy :p
