Star Wars: Interregnum is an upcoming mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion that builds off of the highly successful Enhanced 4X Mod. All will be clear in time :D I will say, it will not be conventionally buildable as an Imperial titan, as that would be wildly unbalanced
Oh ok, will you be making any new races become playable? Would love that, same races get a little old at some point

So will the world-devastators also be accompanying the Emporer's flag ships as well?
I would set your expectations for more of a cameo for World Devastators than a useable unit. :) While they can operate in space, I see them as more a planetary assault weapon, so they don't fit that well in Sins.
