I'm just going to take a wild guess and wager this thing will be good against Titans but extremely inaccurate towards anything smaller?
In terms of balance, that's a pretty good guess. I'd probably add on that theres an increasing chance of missing with each type of ships.
Huh. Does it damage units along the beam like the Advent Radiance ultimate ability?
Is it even possible to have a weapon miss in Sins? Particle effects never miss.
Maybe like how they made the Mandalorian's Aggressor thingy have a chance of catastrophic failure when you use the overcharge ability...?
