Is there a Slipstream effect for upgraded Fed ships? Like, a late-game FTL upgrade?
No it's just a standard warp effect. Slipstream wasn't mainstream on all vessels until a few years after voyager.
even further actually slipsteam wasnt used on ships until after nemesis, and only on a few ships
