Well the ship does have no official name.
Fleetops called it Norexan sto called it Mogai.
Two quotations from Memory-Alpha regarding the Valdore:
"The Star Trek Customizable Card Game refers to the Valdore-type as the Norexan-class."
"The Star Trek: Titan novels from Pocket Books and Star Trek Online classify the Valdore-type as the Mogai-class."

I don't want to place any bets on who would be the winner between those two ships.
Galaxy would win...no doubt about it. The Galaxy class starships are designed to hold out in an all out slugfest with very large ships, and can go toe to toe with A D'derex class Romulan Warbird. The Noroxian Warbird is somewhat smaller than a D'derex, and has less armament. It is designed for hit and run attacks, and can withstand a good sized firefight, but not with a Galaxy class. Its is the most logical outcome.
