Because it is an April Fools Day joke. And besides, Constitution class was out of commission by the time this mod was set. And the devs said that they have locked the ships to a specific time and that there will be NO ships that are not out of that time.
Yep. Pretty ship won't be coming in though. Beautiful model though I would pay money to see that in a real new Star Trek RTS..... Oh well the mod is amazing and keep up the good work on the models guys :D
