Oooooh, what ship is this? looks pretty cool, with the Warp Nacelles above and below the Saucer.
it is either the challanger(flak) or the surack they use the same hull.
It's a Challenger-class. The Surak-class Envoy has a small blue ring with a Federation symbol on the top and bottom of the saucer to differentiate it from the combat Challenger.
