Star Trek: Armada III begins with the first stirrings of the Dominion War and allows players to take command of five unique factions, the United Federation of Planets, the Klingon Empire, the Romulan Star Empire, the Cardassian Union/Dominion Alliance, and the Borg Collective. Explore strange new worlds, seek out new life and new civilizations, and boldly go where no one has gone before.
Reading subspace distortions off the port bow, Sir!
Nice shot but I see phaser beam firing from the windows...(-。-;
Actually, the beam originates from the point it's supposed to. The illusion that it is firing from the window is Soase's fault. As far as I know, weapons in Soase ignore all matter in front of them until they reach their target, thus making it seems like the beam is faulty when the ship is simply firing "Downwards".
(Love the close-up Btw.)
yeah cause it look like the beam on the left is being fired from the ventral phase emitters on the saucer but are firing up through the hull to hit the target, it should be firing from the dorsal phase emitter on the saucer left side ... ps sorry for the nerdy talk :P
HOLY CRAP! GIVE THIS MAN A TREKKIE MEDAL!
damn right
Actually Worf couldn't get dressed fast enough for the red alert so he just cranked down a window in his quarters and fired back all sideways like.
This problem does not phase me.
i c wut u did thar
Yeah its a problem with the sins engine but it's something you'll hardly notice in motion.
Imagine if a faulty targeting array caused the phasers to cut through the ship itself?
Now THAT would be a sight to see. Hahahahaha
