Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

You know, all that remodeling and adding details is truly awesome, but these days i played with USA and China. Then with ECA and Russia. There is quite a noticable difference between all the new stuff n fractions and the old ones. Perhaps USA and China may get a lil bit o'remodelling as well?
Fully agree...is like a mixture old and new. Sincerely GLA is ok, but ECA buildings are a little bit too moved to SciFi corner ;)
From my point of view what you do with GLA is enough.
Yeah, the US and China do look a little dated in comparison. On the other hand, I got quite a charge out of this update.
The Russian electric bill must be shocking. It would sure give me a jolt.
