Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Description
The Infantry Quarters for all Russian Bases. These facilities are used to train newly recruited soldiers, hold sleeping quarters, and an underground infirmary for medical emergencies.
do the models come out of all three barracks or just pop out of the place?
They probably took scrips from the USA baracks, it look alot like it.

i think with the team thats working on this mod (i might add is UBER team)
should make it that all the buildings and units are coloured but you guys should make the flag only be the flag of the nation ur playing.
just a idea.
The Barracks has received a remodel and reskin that makes it, by an independent conservative estimate, approximately 2.345x10^8 times cooler than the current one. Expect it in the next version!
