Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The Recycler itself can "borrow" components of an air command and control trailer to provide false coordinates to US pilots causing them to target friendlies.
Additionally, the trailer is also equipped with a point defence laser which can cover a small group of advancing units around the upgraded Recycler.
so these guys were responsible for 9/11...

@Nuttah
DOnt you mean thuse from the notorious "c.h.e.m.t.r.a.i.l.s." company
...you're kidding me,aren't you?
Air Command and Control trailer? What is that? Did I miss something? Or is it another surprise?
This thing makes the enemies units to target each other.
Yes I know that, but what but from which American unit does it scavenge the upgrade from is my question. :D
anti-missile laser from paladin, airplane strike painter from gen ability
If you noticed the T2, it means that it will be upgraded from Tier 2 scavenged parts. (Apologies if i forgot the real name for it.)
Does that mean it makes present aircraft nearby attack friendlies, or calls for airstrikes upon the field?
It calls airstrike upon the field, or to be more precise one A-10 plane, which cann't be shot down unlike regular american GP A-10s.
Cool, how often does it call them in?
These were shown during the livesteam, check this out Youtube.com
Yes, I am aware of that but unfortunately, with my connection I would need to refresh the page 15 times and take an hour just to load the first 5 minutes of the video, so here I am trying to get information from the only other reliable source.
She's pretty. Really pretty. Not that I'd mind a few strategically placed Scorpion-calibre holes in it's side. :P
I wonder what vehicle carried the trailer originally. An HEMTT, maybe?
I'm really glad to see some USA tech in the GLA. That's one thing I liked about Generals 2- they used some old US stuff as homage to the first 2 games- where the US lost. But also, it broadened the world. GLA uses tech from every power that did a stint in the Middle East: Britain (the partisan's Lee Enfield and formerly, the Centurion), Germany (panzers, V1's), Russia (SCUDS, grads, RPGs, quad cannons, ect.). I honestly wish they had some old US tech on a mainline unit. Like maybe one of the technicals is a stripped-down HUMVEE (minus the roof or something to distinguish it)? or some of the bomb trucks or quad guns could be HEMTTs?
They use American Stinger missiles for defenses.
That's true, but those are from before the first GLA War.
Those were from the Soviet War in Afghanistan. Why the soviet one? Well, figure it out. :P
They use Brownings.
What I can't seem to figure out is how to get T2 salvage, I mostly play against ai, so are there certain units T2 salvage is taken off of
