Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Nice model you could make it with attachments like Mecha in CnC3 KW :)But then the name would not fit :)

The EU Mechanized Assault General will be getting an IFV version of this (there's on top). Other EU generals should get the APC version (the one depicted).

The treads do need work, as they are old.

Your prolly not going to see them all that much in battle. Small visual tweaking will be for after the first version is released. Although there are some visual overhauls; I believe the Leopard Tank is being remade.

The Lynx has actually undergone a model update from this version, so this isn't the half of it!
It was also designed without any reference whatsoever to the Athena Cannon. Moreover, just because EA used a twin-chassis vehicle doesn't mean no-one else can too, especially when it's as different in role as this.

An additional instalations on the rear car would not be to discard.
Like: Machine gun against infantry
AA gun against ... ehm... aircrafts? :D
Rocket launcher against armor
Some bigger cannon/rockets like artillary (or dish to create something like Athena from RA3)
Without upgrade it can hold soldiers
etc... Many variations...

What do you think?

Description

The ECA Forces use the Lynx as their main transport unit to carry their Infantry across the Battlefield. It is capable of carrying 6 - 8 Soldiers. It's speed is decent and it enacts medium armor, don't get cross one of those or you'll experience pain.
