There are a few different things to ROTT i.e. we made the Dark staff fire quickly in multiplayer because it was kinda useless.
Maps
All new maps using zdoom features, however there is a definate ROTT 'feel' to them, its a kind of tribute to the orignal but with polyangle(?) walls.

The game is an absolute must-play. Its developers worked on Rise of the Triad (2013) and Amid Evil, plus it's free. As for the level, you can grab it in its add-on section:
And this is The Lion's Mane Volcano, ROTT1995 prequel of Extreme Chase telling about the H.U.N.T. team's first encounter of the technology that's being sharpened in the White Castle. An old "friend" from San Nicolas island is back, and he's a lot more inventive&dangerous than before!
I would like to thank everyone who rated, commented, subscribed on ModDB, YouTube, Steam Workshop, did anything to spread the word. This is the fuel that keeps the mod going! Please keep it coming!
Yanka, thank you very much for a detailed review. Always interesting how the place looks and feels through someone else's eyes. These fine gentlemen are cooking something to make your idea of having more item pickups around closer to reality.

What is the plate combo in MAP03? It's driving me mad!

Anyone else have problems with it freezing at the level completion screen? I've had it happen twice now. I fixed for the 1st level by running as administrator, but now it's happened again at the end of the 2nd level. I'm very sad because this is a really great mod.
Hey, not sure if you will respond, but jump pads don't work properly in zandronum, i just fall from the air right after using it.
Now we just need to have someone port the original levels over using this as a base.
We need new levels for this !!!
btw Why is this listed as a mod for ROTT when it's a ZDoom mod?

Bug:Apparently if you get Dog Mode and sometime after get God Mode you'll remain in dog mode for the rest of the level.
