Republic at War is a total conversion modification for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod replaces the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. Republic at War focuses heavily on the theatrical films but also contains content from the Clone Wars cartoon series as well as the expanded universe. Players can re-enact various Clone War campaigns such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as either the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Push forward with an entire clone legion such as the 501st or 212th or overwhelm your opponent with a seemingly endless number of B1 battledroids. The choice is yours. There are also a number of expansions planned that will add new (as well as polish existing) content.
As you know in Republic at War 1.1 there were not much Heroes on each side in Skrimish. This has been improved for Version 1.2.

It's become a really good harassment unit that can easily pick off key targets and can quickly bring down space station hard points.
can the Ywings get a speed boost? they're slower than a y-wing really should be
yeah at least a "sprint" option if not at least a little bit of a permanent boost.
They are slow like that because of the armor plating, why do you think the rebel variants of the Y-wing's were stripped down?

good to see all of these added for skirmish, especially the addition of Yularen to the mod. Too bad he hasn't had any appearences in "the clone wars" series in awhile.
Its also good that shadow squadron got a buff. This, and assuming you buffed the other units from the open fleet circle, may give us a tough decision when it comes to choosing our special structure. In 1.1, I find little reason to choose anything besides high command.
I agree, since Red Squadron is so slow. Razor Squadron is ok though :)
About Republic High Command though, it could just be me but I don't think the Prototype TIEs are particularly powerful...?

Please please pleaseeeeee make Tiin part of the GC and change him withs his armor and helmet of the clone wars cartoon! That is even better! I would love to use him cuz its my favorite jedi! :'( and his ship is different on the mod and has no habilities :( could it be the same as obi, windu and anakin? Pleaseeee its my favorite mod!
