Set during the conflict in the original Red Alert 3, Southern Rising will introduce two new factions, the Forth and the SLIM, which are also intended on global domination and freedom.
The primary source of power for the Forth during military operations is one miligram of anti-matter energy stored inside a special spherical device hovering above the Power Plant's base stabilizer. Being capable of providing energy for the most sophisticated Forth infrastructure, this source of energy need only a periodic monthly replacement.
However, there's also a serious setback: This source of energy, while modern, is also unstable to anything, including air. If the Power Plant is critically damaged, the stabilizer will malfunction and lose anti-matter containment, making the anti-matter itself vaporize the building and anything near it in a 6Km radius, the size of a Super-Reactor's explosion.
Nevertheless, it can also be safely removed for relocation purposes, if little or no damage is occurred.
