Set during the conflict in the original Red Alert 3, Southern Rising will introduce two new factions, the Forth and the SLIM, which are also intended on global domination and freedom.
Concept for the SLIM heavy ground unit, the Kau Lin Heavy Suit.
Entirely inspired on the Matrix APU mech.
Note that this unit isn't all machine guns. The main guns in the arms are exclusively anti-tank. The chainguns on the shoulders are only activated on secondary mode.
Concept entirely done by Wixxi.
Perfect ^^
the artwork if fabulous, but it seems to high tech for SLIM, IMO.
SLIM's steampunk, but it proves it can do so much with low-tech. lol
nice, but that might be a bit over powered compared to over commandos...
commandos??? You kiddin', right? This is meant to go against Apoc tanks toe-to-toe!
dood this is a veicle not a commando you will be able to have more then one and is not so powerful again other armored units. :D
Hey medici i think i have talked bulshit can you tel me that unit is the equivalent of the apocalipsy tank??
what I am saying is if this is just a heavy unit the commando is going to be really really really (ect.) good, or it will be les good and no-one will bother making them, as you can just have hundreds of these.
hey, an Apoc tank is way better than Natasha but you still train Natasha, right-o?
actually, no I don't, I prefer the unique apoc rush...
Me too
works everytime...
apart from vindicators. apocs HATE vindicators...
The most Powerful Slim unit, right?
Exactly. But don't rely much on it. These suckers can be thrown down with the right air unit.
Ie any air unit that can hit ground targets? :P
looks impressive though :)
all air units that can attack ground can attack this vehicle, duh.
NICE
Derived from the Matrix APU? Can't wait to see the model...
That's what i'm thinking too :P
I think you should consider moving the twin gratling cannons on the shoulders closer to the shoulders so it looks more bulky, or in a way more low tech.
