Just Rules aims at increasing the strategic options in RA3. It includes things like a more balanced upgrade system, revised protocols and build limits on each unit design to discourage spamming and encourage diverse unit formations and strategies.

Description
Each tier 2 and 3 unit will now require its own upgrade. Each upgrade requires either the tier 2 or tier 3 upgrade from the ConYard. The upgrades have been code to be bought in any order or combination. Sorry, the Barrack in not include yet as I still have to add the Archer Maiden.
if you dont do the upgrade you can't built this units?????????
Each factory requires its own upgrades just like the original however the upgrades require tier upgrades from the ConYard. Just like the second nanotech required the mainframe in the original. After you buy the tier upgrades you can buy the unit upgrades in any order you like.
