Just Rules aims at increasing the strategic options in RA3. It includes things like a more balanced upgrade system, revised protocols and build limits on each unit design to discourage spamming and encourage diverse unit formations and strategies.

The is an example of the Flak Track design from the RA3 files. There is also a skin for it (even a skin for Anti Air Vehicle tech 3 :S ) but no models to my knowledge.

AntiAirVehicleTech3 is the Apocalypse Tank's texture. Why it's called that I have absolutely no idea.
There is also The Heavy Anti Vehicle Pilot texture :s
If you look at the early screens of Ra3, you can see that there are shots of Tesla Troopers with their 'helmet' off; inside each suit of armor is what looks to be a conscript. That is what the texture is/was used for.

The Flak Track looks like the Yuri's Gattling Tank.
Makes me sorta happy that they even had planned for the Flak Track to make a comeback.
