Re adds reworked versions of the popular game types Team ArenaMaster, Freon, and Team DeathMatch to Unreal Tournament 2004 (UT2004). The reworked versions fix bugs, add optimizations, and add new features to these game types.

Description
- Shows details about weapons.
- Shows spectated player portrait on the right, while your own portrait is always shown on the left.
- Shows color coded awards and how many times the specific adrenaline combos were executed.
- Being consistent with the scoreboard, the same info will be shown in the lower right of the screen.
That portrait change looks great - really nice work overall too.
