To improve and expand on the first Photo Realistic Zone, my version, PRZ2 aims to cover the whole spectrum instead of structures and creatures. Each and every texture will be individually edited, not only sharpening them, but also improving their bumb and specular maps and creating whole new, higher resolution textures.

The source was a photograph indeed, but this is a real texture sprite taken from the game for the latest PRZ2 patch. I also filmed it in 3D with some commentary, which I will upload soon in a blog

That looks very good. I hope X-Ray won't mess the texture up upon rendering, as the way X-Ray wraps a texture around an object often makes things look much uglier in game than they should when looking at the pure texture.
