I found this in old original disc which contained this and other mods so I wanted to share with the community, I hope you will enjoy them.

IMPORTANT!!!!!! Please Un-Install any previous version so that there is no conflict
between the demo and the final... Thanks.

Also remember to remove any clean material paks. for editing as it may
conflict with the game when playing. if any are installed.

To install the Phantasm 1.2 mod just unzip it to your Doom3 folder (not base!)
and select from the mods menu to play the single player game.

This Mod is best Played at night and in the dark. In Stereo

new textures yes
new sounds yes
new models yes

This mod is based on the classic movies of the same name
and all rights are reserved by their respectful owners.
