Description
The current cut of the vote hub message o the day.
I could certainly do something fancier with csqc.
I might eventually, but I kinda like the old school
message with the "-/|\" text spinner wheel.
Even while updating PainKeep (and some type of HD
pack is not out of the question) I want to keep it
mostly true to the original DM style.
