You are in the right version. My mod is for OpenRA latest stable 20161019, as of now.

When this is your first time switching to the mod, you need to start the game again after the crash. :(

This is because my Mod DLL collides with other mods. I can't have this solved yet but in the next release of OpenRA, where they will allow engine modification, it will be fixed.
