Description
Development is now in full swing again. After a somewhat slow month or two, all the major problems that have been stalling us in the past are now gone and I'm pleased to say we were very productive this past week.
Pictured above is a scene from the opening level where looters have been gunned down by a turret guarding a now deserted combine outpost.
What is the battery life on one of those turrets?
that's assuming they use batteries. Personally I believe they draw power from the earths "wirelessly mind u all" magneto sphere via some sort or micro MCRs "magnetically coupled resonating transformers" tuned to the earths ELF & or ULF "ultra & extremely low frequencies" frequency's on the IMS band wave. Roughly around 8 megahertz as per the Schumann resonances.
theoretically speaking anything powered like that can run practically forever I mean the ohmic decay of the earth magnetic field is roughly 20,000 years so we are talking about literally astronomical amounts of power :P
just my 2 cents is all. :/
Or simply some highly effective combine battery with a loooong life... Suspension of disbelief, brah ^^
