Nox Aeterna is a psychological/survival horror mod with emphasis on sound design, realism, atmosphere and environmental storytelling.
Another character that the player will meet while exploring the world in Nox Aeterna. He is planned to be a survivor of the first Combine Dropship fleet that attacked Trnovlje. So far, he has only survived because of his tactic of keeping his distance between anything that moves. And is keen on keeping that tactic. Because of this, he has for the lack of a better word, gone insane and can not differentiate between friend or foe.
This is why, the player is advised to always be careful, because you never know when you might walk in front of his field of view.
Badass
Are there going to be many of this guy? Or is he a special character?
Special.
aint looks bad!u draw it by pencil and paper?
Yes.
A whole level of hide-and-seek with insane sniper? Yes please!
Nice concept. Looks like something nasty ripped him up
I was like 'Add some bandages there and there!', but then I noticed there are already bandages on his hand.
Ace drawing, but how will this turn out as a model?
The concept is pretty much drawn around pre-existing Combine soldier. To create this sniper model, the modeler would only have to remake the head and add the greatcoat. Scars and such can later be applied through a simple reskin.
You can shortcut it event futher by using the Metropolice NPC's combine concept:
(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=104491619) the addon itself

I'd say he's more biomechanically damaged than psychologically, seeing as it doesn't seem like Overwatch soldiers are human enough to go crazy in the traditional sense. Or perhaps something darker that isn't yet fully understood has driven him over the edge.

Sorry about the double-post.
They are human enough to cuss when in a bad situation, like having a live grenade around them!
