Lost Alpha is a new episode of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series made by dezowave group for free!
Where is this?
I'd guess Rostok/bar.
Gives the whole Limansk feeling for me.
its a factory complex somewhere :)
it looks great, like reality :)
is that grass on the rooftops??
This phenomenon is sometimes happening for real on old, unused buildings.
Seeds of grass are carried by wind, and if they land in some old crack in concrete, grass can grow there.
Looks quite good and realistic. Good job.
I can say, that there too many grass on roofts... There should be 2-3 plants on one square meter... + there is grass on metal surface = o.O
Everything looks great, and about grass - it's Zone - there can happen everything :D
ya but not the whole roof :(
you obviously havn't seen pictures from russia of almost an entire roof covered in grass/various flora, even trees. Hell here in england theres a building not to far from me that has grass covering almost its entire roof, with a couple of bushes growing out the guttering lol. life finds a way.
P.S loving the look guys keep up the good work.
I live in Russia but i never seen grass on metal surface :D
Maybe few little plants, but not few bushes :S
Thanks for update! I still watching only for one mod - Lost Alpha. Sometimes i am visiting Black Mesa moddb page to check, that nothing changed and there is no normal comments - that is already normal for BMS 8D
I really love the dense foliage you guys are going for! (even tho' the ones on the rooftops look funny and ridiculous to some extent :D)
But it gives a certain feeling of deserted (lack of human interfering) to the whole area.
Wow, it's the elusive Rostok. Best level ever!
More Feeling of that place,.. Great Works
I see red dogs (blood red or faint blood red, not yellow-fiery or bright-brown) and red sparrows, red puddles in my hometown.
PS: I don't take drugs / alcohol, I don't hallucinate, I don't "see things", my eyesight is ok, I'm not color-blind.
