Some screens for July, 2012! Have fun, and dont forget, its summer, the perfect time for chicks, parties, and of course playing stalker!
Lenin shows ChNPP, which exploaded... Now the monument should have facepalm, but nobody (of Soviet architectors) replaced pose...
And visiblity distance on r2 is so LOW for such screens. If I've 64 bit OS and over 9000 MB of RAM, can I turn higher visibility distance?
It's R2 because: sun os east (on r1 it's always on west), Cromm's R2 weather with panorams, and sharpy shadows.
Nice thing: you've lines on the roads :)
rather than that, I will prefer to found the way to fix that goddammed shadow lines you see in things when you are far (look at the fallen walls in the left down corner)
Maybe it's SSAO or something like that. Just turn off that **** :)
I think it's some console command from these two:
r2_sun_near [1.000,50.000]
r2_sun_near_border [0.500,1.000]
Over 9000????? This is MADNESSS!! :p
With 2 gigs I hope LA will run perfectly on r1 :P

You defenetely want make some people install 64 bit OSs.
But if I want SoC quality graphics (same visibility distance and grass density), 2 gigs will be enough?

You're right. But without the drawbacks of S2 on PS360, we would have a STALKER. You could see some artworks and one or two vids about S2, it was still a STALKER. I'm sad to see how STALKER ended. I'm glad to see those mods with the vibes I felt, when I started trilogy.
I don't know about you, but I disagree how the project moved. The screens/vids about Survarium are ambitious, however I dislike MMOFPS. I still disagree this kind of system for a STALKERlike.
That's why I said this post about S2 and LA. ;)
