Phantom Squadron image - Legacy Era: Second Imperial Civil War mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Our goal is to bring into focus the Legacy Era, but more specifically the Second Imperial Civil War. Play as either the tyrannical Krayt Empire, freedom-seeking Galactic Alliance Remnant or the obscure Confederation Revenant.
Phantom Squadron is an elite squadron formed by the Galactic Alliance Remnant, composed of modified CF9 Crossfires. The Phantom's were created in the spirit of the New Republic fighter unit Wraith Squadron. Like the Wraith's of the Galactic Civil War, Phantom Squadron pilots were selected for their dual skills as pilots and commandos. In addition, the pilots selected for the squadron often were a mix of highly skilled yet volatile characters. Despite the rough and ready nature of the squadron and it's unorthodox tactics, Phantom's are loyal to Admiral Gar Stazi and the GA Remnant. Each fighter has limited stealth technology, which allows them to be undetected in systems; their hull colors also limit detection, but they do not have cloaking devices.
It might be hard to see them, but hey, that's what the "view original" button is for. It's not like they're called for Phantoms for nothing...
