Jailbreak!Half-Life 2 mod | Released May 3, 2008      Jailbreak is simple: Two teams, two jails. When you kill a member of the opposite team, they respawn, locked up inside your jail. Lose, and you get executed! Your objective is to imprison every member of the enemy team. The twist is, you can break out members of your own team, by fighting your way to the enemy jail and opening the doors! Likewise, your team mates can also escape through dangerous puzzles and routes! all you commenters are the most impatient bunch ive ever seen.
You should make all the classic gamemodes like deathmatch and capture the flag on this too because jailbreak is not as good when you only have two people and it is hard to find other people to play it. and you should see if you can get people on regular deathmatch to try it out because you would be suprised how many don't know about mods and this would be a great introduction
why is this not on Steam? not only is this a full conversion, but its a GOOD full conversion, come on VALVe!
Theyve said it would be released "Soon" for at least a year. Now they're using an outdated engine for a mod. By the time this mod is out (knowing how each year the source engine gets worse on new computers) the game will look like pong and lag like a fat kid on a bike.
Nice update? So... 2 more years before release? I'm going to start calling this mod "Jail Break Forever".

Your ignorance is showing. That shows much you know about game development, communities, and game PR. Look at the server lists and see how many people are playing. There's a reason people follow the saying, "Release early, release often." Maybe you should learn why.
I remember good old jailbreak from my HL1 days. Then it all went to shit with their last update. Hopefully something like that wont happen again with this one!
