can you make that an Admiral or could you change the covanant one to an Eliet?
It is REALLY difficult to find a high quality picture of someone in charge of the UNSC.
Honestly, I don't think the different characters on the loading screens have to match ranks. It serves its purpose.

does it really matter about the loading screen is, the game is going to be out of this world
