So the red parts change with team colour? Nice work btw, although some parts look a little... thin, while the UNSC has a lot of big bulky stuff :P
This is just my opinion, but based on what I've played of Reach (LNoS, to be exact) I can't picture this as a UNSC dockyard akin to Anchor 9 or the structures in orbit around the station.
It looks more like something the Empire from Star Wars would make.
You must remember that in Long Night of Solace the shipyards built around Anchor 9 were actually frigate building yards. So those would be a good place to start for frigate/cruiser shipyard, but not the capital ship one.
