If this ship was on its own,how many UNSC Heimdall frigates would it take to destroy this?

This does raise a bit of a question for me about the balance of UNSC to Forerunner. Since that many covenant ships would naturally be a major pain in the *** to begin with for the unsc, if they got swiss cheesed by a forerunner capital ship that easily how will the unsc cope? sheer numbers? nukes? other?

UNSC is the spam race. Every problem is a nail and you must apply a thousand tiny hammers to it.

Ok... just dont like the idea of spending that much resources to take out a single ship but i digress.

A one thousand gun MAC salute solves most problems. Frigates may not have shields, and their hulls may be so much tissue paper, but they can pack a helluva punch in large groups.
