The shader is due to tangent mapping, but I've already sorted that out afterwards.

Description

Peppered throughout the galaxy are reminders that another Empire once ruled millennia ago. Those remnants that are found are often small mining facilities in particularly sparse systems.

Some believe the Forerunners preferred desolate places. Others suggest that few other sites survived the Flood.

A belated thanks to Bornstellar for the model and Zero of Homefront (http://www.moddb.com/mods/halo-homefront) for the texture, as well.
